Management of this type of mining goods is carried out by the community. Examples of class C mining materials include:

nitrate-nitrate, pospat-pospat, garam batu (halite);
asbestos , talc, mica, graphite, magnesite;
jarosite, leucite, alum, ochre;
gemstones, semi-precious stones;
quartz sand, kaolin, feldspar, gypsum, bentonite;
pumice, trass, obsidian, perlite, diatomaceous earth, absorbent soil;
marble, slate;
limestone, dolomite, calcite;
granite, andesite, basalt, trachyte, clay and sand which do not contain mineral elements of group a or group b in certain amounts.
